  Methods used.

There are many actors interested to provide methods to assist smokers to quit. Among them there are also very different techniques from substitute intake of nicotine up to methods including hypnosis, laser and acupuncture.

This is of course a very rough way to describe different possibility’s and has to be divided further in order to see the many alternatives there are! There are also products for par example restoration of vitamins and minerals to be used in the aftermath of smoking.

We will be trying to mirror most of these methods and resources with the interests of the end users in mind!

When relevant we will compare different methods and techniques but also evaluate the effectiveness within the groups themselves. Factors like “patient” compliance and written instructions and quality of the physically or electronically delivered goods will be evaluated.

There will of course also be possibility and room for customers feed back and testimonials. The value of testimonials can’t be stressed enough and published in media not directly connected to the producer is probably better still.

Gradually more and more program will be discussed under this heading during coming weeks. The best form of testimonials is without any doubt judgments from actual users. Therefore, everybody with experience in the field is more than welcome to contribute.

PRODUCTS

Just a few products are discussed at each time. These products are chosen much in the same order as they happen to be in the selling statistic. The popularity between methods changes very fast as we know so this is by no means a conclusive and reliable way to evaluate the effectiveness of products.

Everybody with any knowledge in this kind of treatment knows that the response is very personal dependent. In other words, the spreading of the result of a treatment is in many cases more related to different personalities and actual circumstances than real differences in product effectiveness.
